Ben is a nationally appointed missionary with the Assemblies of God US Missions Department. Ben, Terra, Knox & Anna Russell have been Alabama Youth Alive missionaries for over ten years. They work alongside pastors and youth pastors to bring God’s presence to high school and middle school campuses. They believe all schools can be reached for Christ. The key to long-term success with this mission can be accomplished through the local church. It is their passion to present Jesus Christ, the message of hope, to every student in every school. Ben has spoken to more than 200,000 junior and senior high school students in his travels across Alabama. His passion and humor captures student’s attention while igniting dreams and confronting issues in their lives.
