Caleb and Brittany Hendon have been serving as missionaries to the Unreached People Groups along the Amazon basin of Peru since 2017 and became full appointment missionaries in March 2020. They are currently serving in Yurimaguas, Peru with their three young children Emma, Isabella, and Lucas.

Their work in Peru includes church planting, discipleship, children and youth ministry, water purification, camp building, and orality training. They believe that the telling of stories through orality is the golden ticket to reaching those indigenous groups where very few read or write. Men and women attend these trainings and learn various biblical topics through these stories that they can take back and share among their people.
