Marlene became a widow 11 years ago when her husband, Wayne, died suddenly in her arms. She saw the need to connect widows and began a small group ministry for them. Now she serves as a US Missionary Chaplain to Widows and has written a simple step program that will help churches in ministering to widows. It will be released in the fall. She is also training Regional Coordinators across the nation to assist churches in starting a small group for widows.
